Tutorial – Any Brand is good, it is also good to use vinegar (300 ml) mixed with same quantity of water in a bottle to flush the inside. Let water (twice the  quantity) run through after descaler or vinegar has been used.

Helpful F.A.Q.

Check that the extraction chamber is properly tightened and that there is nothing preventing it from closing properly.

Check that you have correctly inserted the pod and that it does not come out of its compartment.

Check that the plug has been inserted correctly and that there is electricity.

Don’t try to rip it! Let the water flow from the dispenser for 3 seconds: the pod will come off on its own.
